Pryme Pay Security Overview

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Our Approach

Pryme Pay LLC delivers and services payment acceptance solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Security is built into how we operate: we minimize the sensitive data we hold, we work within our partners' certified environments for everything payment-related, and we protect the business and personal information entrusted to us through underwriting and account servicing.

Cardholder Data

Pryme Pay does not collect, store, process, or transmit cardholder data. Payment card numbers, card verification values, and related consumer payment credentials flow directly between the merchant's payment environment and the processing platforms operated by our partners.

When a merchant service request involves cardholder data or transaction detail, Pryme Pay resolves the request by working within its partners' secure, PCI DSS-compliant portals and environments. Cardholder data is never downloaded to or stored on systems owned by Pryme Pay. This design keeps consumer payment data inside certified environments at all times while allowing Pryme Pay to fully service every merchant account.

Protecting the Data We Do Hold

Pryme Pay maintains business information, merchant application and underwriting records, and supporting documentation as described in our Privacy Policy. We protect this information through:

Encryption. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access controls. Access to systems and records is limited to personnel with a business need, based on the principle of least privilege.

Secure cloud infrastructure. Our systems run on enterprise cloud infrastructure with industry-standard physical, network, and platform security controls maintained by our cloud providers.

Email authentication. Our email domains are protected with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing and phishing using our identity.

Partner Due Diligence

Pryme Pay works with established participants across the payment ecosystem, including processors, acquiring banks, encryption facilities, and software providers. We share information with these partners only as required to underwrite, board, and service merchant accounts, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we rely on partners that maintain the certifications appropriate to their role, including PCI DSS compliance for entities that handle cardholder data.

Incident Response

If a security incident affecting personal information occurs, Pryme Pay will investigate, take corrective action, and notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

Reporting a Security Concern
